Counseling, mediation and litigation in civil rights cases at the Federal District Court for the District of Puerto Rico. (E.g., sexual harassment, sex discrimination, political discrimination, American with Disabilities Act, among other Federal and State statutes). We also represent clients before the Puerto Rico Department of Labor and Human Resources, the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and in state and federal court against any labor related claim.

Intellectual Property and Entertainment

Our Firm advise musicians, cinematographers, songwriters and visual artists in matters related to intellectual property and entertainment law.

Appeals

Drafting writs before the Puerto Rico Appeals Court, the Puerto Rico Supreme Court, the 1st Circuit Court of Appeals and the U.S. Supreme Court.

Medical Malpractice

Our Firm provides legal counseling on issues related to medical malpractice, either in pre-litigation and litigation stages. Our pre-litigation services prevent potential cases, including, not limited to, full interaction between the possible plaintiff and the defendants.

Government & Legislative Affairs

The Firm provides government relations service, also known as "lobbying" with members of the government, monitoring, researching and analyzing legislation or regulatory proposals by attending legislative hearings; educating government officials and corporate officers on relevant issues; with interventions in public opinion through the media and other information sources.
